Presently we offer only Thai lessons, but we will soon be introducing English followed by German and Japanese.
Online Thai lessons cost from US$12 to US$16 depending on number of lessons purchased.
No, it doesn’t matter what level you are. Our Thai teachers will assess your current Thai language level and recommend suitable study materials.
Bookings and Cancellations

You can pay online using PayPal or a credit card after we have scheduled your lesson times. Just click on the ‘buy now’ button on the menu bar.
You may postpone a class as long as you give us 24 hours notice, or 48 hours for classes scheduled for Mondays.
The class start and finish times are scheduled and cannot start early or finish late. You will lose that time.
You will lose that lesson. We will then contact you by email to make sure you will be available for the next scheduled lesson.
We make up any lost lessons caused by a fault on our part.

We will send you a reminder email 24 hours in advance of your class (48 hours over the weekend), then your teacher will call you via Skype at the appointed time.
Thai classes are 50 minutes in duration, starting on the hour until 10 minutes to the hour.
These are created specially for you in your own online virtual classroom. They will remain there forever and can be accessed at any time using your private login.
This depends entirely on your goals and how quickly you progress. Every learner is different! If you are a complete beginner, then expect to need at least 20 lessons to see any result.
We try to give you the same Thai teacher for all lessons, but this may not be possible in the event of sickness.

Certainly! If requested, PLS will post you a certificate stating how many Thai lessons were completed and what level was achieved.

No, it’s very simple. As long as you can open a browser window (Internet Explorer, Firefox, etc.) and can answer a call in Skype, then you will do just fine!
To ensure good quality video and audio we recommend a broadband internet connection. If you are not sure about your internet speed, take a free trial lesson to make sure everything is working OK.
You need a regular PC or laptop running Windows, Linux or Mac OS. A webcam is not required, but it is easier for the teachers if they can see the students. If you are not sure about your setup, take a free trial lesson to make sure everything is working OK.
Nothing except Skype, which you possibly already have. There is nothing else to install. Our system is very simple and works inside a regular browser.
